My husband and I were referred to this office by a family friend! I’m so grateful we found this place. The customer service and communication with the front office was outstanding specially by the front office Leslie. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. Jasmine the assistant was gentle and made sure we we’re comfortable during the X-rays. Dr. Mahsa Iranpour gave my husband the best deep cleaning. Super relaxing despite dental anxiety. Thank you for the great service.
0 stars not 1 I went to Western Dental in Costa Mesa after experiencing tooth pain and searching for a dentist covered by my insurance. After X-rays, the dentist told me I needed a "gum treatment" that was advertised on the wall and said it was required before addressing my cavity. When I asked why, I was told it was because of dental tartar. I explained that tartar is dental calculus, which is typically removed with deep cleaning, and asked to focus on the cavity first.
