If I could give a zero I would. I went for a cleaning and the "doctor" had me almost in tears from pain and chipped my two top front teeth! I am reporting these people to the BBB tomorrow morning!
No recomiendo este lugar. Me agendaron una cita para una fecha y hora específicas, llegué puntualmente y al presentarme me dijeron que no tenía ninguna cita registrada. Me hicieron perder mi tiempo por un error de organización de ellos. Considero que deberían tener mejor control de sus citas y respetar el tiempo de sus clientes. Muy mala experiencia. Only one doctor in the office here at western dental. I had just completed my treatment plan (and payment plan) for all my teeth less than a year ago at my previous dentist in Santa Barbara. She pointed to one tooth I had just had worked on and filled and told me I need a root canal. She tapped on the tooth, asked me if I feel pain. Nothing. First visit I got my x-rays done got a cleaning done same day I was told by the dentist I needed crowns or implants and some fills so I went back to do the fills they Charge me $280 dollars since my insurance won’t cover the rest of my treatment I decided to do my fills I make an appointment the day I go to start with my fills Dentist when into the room and and I kindly ask her if she can skip the Anesthesia since I had a bad experience before she was not absolutely not agreed with that she said that she can’t work without a... read more
I waited 2 hours just to be brought back and told they don't do extractions under sedation/anesthesia.
