RecommendedI had a positive experiance with western dental on 530 e McDowell the staff was wonderful and the dentist was great telling me step by step what she was doing dr Bernard the oral surgeon was awesome iam having implants done and I didn’t feel a thing while he was extracting my teeth and put implant in if it wasn’t for the payments they offer I wouldn’t be able to get my dental work done Thank you Western Dental and staff you guys rock ! �

The front office staff spends more time locking you into a contract than the dentist does examining you for the first time. And if you decide to discontinue treatment due to dissatisfaction you still have to pay off the contract and then request a refund. The local office can take a week or two to shrink the contract and send a refund request to the corporate office. RecommendedI needed emergency dental . I got a hold of them on the same day in a matter of hours I was in and out of the office doing work on me .It was complicated because of my neck being that I had major surgery on my neck they handled it very well very pleased with the staff these people Rock.. the dentist handle it like a well-seasoned to neurosurgeon he did a great job.. thanks Western Dental I'm feeling great today.
Get two jobs done there, Never get a follow up appointment. they leave my teeth more sensitive than ever. Set up autopay and they keep calling me for late payments.
Tried to bill me for services I didn't need. I walked out before they could "treat" me. Stay away from this place.
