Outstanding customer service, and knowledgeable and gentle doctors.
Western Dental thank you for making my son's first visit to the dentist the most terrible of his life, making us wait 2 hours to take care of him, you customer service and wait time to take care of the patients is terrible.
Made me wait 3 hours everyone went ahead of me after 3 hours they took x rays evaluated me tried to charge me over 1299 in other DENTAL work a d said they could not do anything because they have to wait for an approval from LA CARE for tooth cleaning why go through all this I work 2 jobs myself and hardly have time to be bullshitting
they are very prejudice always an issue with this place
I just feel like they are all about making making as much money as possible.
