I scheduled an appointment a few weeks in advance and was scheduled for 1/3/22 at 11:30am. I received a call the week prior from a gentleman asking for my insurance information. I drove 25 minutes from Felton to Western Dental. worst place to go! Don't understand why even with appointment the wait time is terrible! Took my daughter in this last time for her permanent crown after being there for an hour to be told they didn't have right doctor in? This has been done twice to us already! Just wasted our time. I also took my other daughter for a simple cleaning she had xrays waited 2 hours!! They asked her to re-schedule! No reason given. Never going back again!
