This place has the worst customer service EVER.. Receptionist are horrible... I don’t recommend this place!!
Waited an hour past my appointment time just to be called in. Then waited 45 minutes in the chair for the doctor to come in. The office staff was ok, weren’t really polite or rude. Just kinda there trying to make it till closing time. The doctor obviously hates her job. Made me Feel like I was interrupting her. my experience with what they do to my 95 yrs old resident. I will not recommend Western Dental. The front desk (Cynthia) is really rude! just because we forget to bring my client Ca. IDs they cancel her appointment right away! Cynthia told us No Ca IDs...no service for you! I even told her that I am will bring her IDs back or fax it to you. she didn't even consider the situation of 95 yrs old lady who is a lots of pain in her tooth. so sad and

I was a patient for about 3 years, never had a good experience here. bad dentists that don’t even like their job, fillings came out when I ate due to it not being done correctly nor flossing before the filling got hard. rude staffing, too long of a wait time. dentist numbed my mouth then took too long to come in so by the time he came back in the anesthesia wore off and hurt me, he got mad that I told him I could feel him drilling in my tooth & put a lot of anesthesia & did not even wait for it to kick in & started working o... read more
