I was told twice, when scheduling my apt, that I would get a free teeth whitening with an ortho appointment. Once I get in there I’m told “ sorry, that is corporate and we don’t honor the free teeth whitening”. Mind you, when you call their main number it goes directly to corporate. I speak to second in charge and she tells me she is sorry but we can’t give you 200$ teeth whitening for free. Having to see another dentist to have fixed what they did here, and now receiving phone calls for services they never provided. Have not even been here in over a year.
It would be nice if you it was not so expensive...
I gotta say, they made sure I felt no pain..and they were very informative and polite
Went to get my wisdom tooth tooken out and i was so scared they made me feel comfortable and took very good Care of me i felt no pain at all i am very happy with western dental and all the staff is very friendly i will definitely be going back :)
