Everything about each experience here was a disaster, from the scheduling, to the inability to ever get anyone on the phone, to the ridiculously long wait times upon arrival for an appointment, to the lack of communication between parents and staff of any sort, concluding when we sought to have our son’s braces removed a month early because we were moving out of state, when they fought us tooth and nail to not have to remove them. Avoid at all cost. We only used them once or twice since our dentist sold his business to Western Dental. They billed me a year after the service was performed indicating their 'audit' found unpaid amount due. Requested additional details (e.g., itemized list of procedures, amt billed to insurance, etc.), but I did not receive any. My guess is they over-billed the insurance company and trying to recoup when the insurance company did not pay. This company is not ethical at all.
