my son's appointment was at 9:00am we showed up a half hour early.it is 10:51 and still nothing.
My appointment was at 10:30, I waited an hour and a half before being called back for x-rays. AFTER almost another hour of waiting, I just left. Horrible wait times, if you plan on going here better give yourself atleast 5 hours of waiting time for anything to be done or even seen.
I took my two daughters out of school for a check up. It took three hour just for ONE of them to get done. About ten people had a appointment at the same time and there was only ONE doctor working. The waiting time is horrible. I would have to wait for six hours if they both got a check up. In my opinion this is the worst place I've been to.
I’d give them less than 1 star if I could. Worst experience ever! Terrible place do not go here! They STOLE MY MONEY!! They have owed me a mouth guard or my money back for over a year! I’ve been into the office to get my money 5 times and called countless other times.....nothing!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
I give them 1 star because I can't give them less. I had an appointment scheduled for 3:00 and needed to change it. I called the office and after five minutes on hold I was told that because the appointment was made through the call center it could only be changed through the call center. I was transferred and after another 15 minutes on hold I hung up because I had things I needed to do. they are a rip off, i asked them if they took medical insurance and they said yes. when i had my exam they said i had to have my teeth cleaned and several teeth pulled. they told me teeth cleaning would cost me $800.00 out of pocket cost, what happened to the dentist that are fully covered by medical?
Only one doctor not of the time, long wait just for a two minute long brush and fluoride treatment coating. I mean you can't even floss their teeth? No real connection and many assistants are rude due to rushed environment.
This Location, they listen,respond,they make you feel comfortable. This was my experience. Amen....
