I was grateful to get me in but not happy with the staffing services and I told them I am one 1inportant medicine and they still gave me painkillers I can't take and told me my tooth was bad and needs to be taken out but I have to wait 2 weeks so until I go back I am in some pain this freankin SUCKS after I get it pulled never ever going back
Horrible experience. My daughter had an appointment for her 6 month check up yesterday that they had booked last July. Walked there in the yucky weather and rain after school for the receptionist to tell us that all the dentist were in a meeting and if we could reschedule. Come on , next time at least call and cancel, instead of making us go in to tell us it was cancelled.
. I've been in the Antioch lonetree office for about 5 appointments and everytime I had to wait anywhere from 1 to 3 hours before my children were ever seen. Then the staff being very rude with big attitudes so I would be very frustrated and angry. I hated the fact knowing that i would have to wait, But I was in for a surprise yesterday first time ever I did not have to wait. And the staff was happy and very helpful. Estuve.5 horas para que me hicieran una limpieza profunda. Me cobraron sobre 2,000 $ y sólo trabajaron la mitad de mi boca. En la.Cuál.no.veo ningún.cambio. la espera es horrible . Mi esposa fue para q le hicieran un chequeo.Para ponerse los bracers y nunca se la.hicieron ella.espero 4 horas. Son unos.ineptos. no sirven. Mi esposa falto al trabajo.Y ni una limpieza le.hicieron. sólo le mostraron los papeles de lo.q debía pagar q subió.a 20,000 $. Son malos no. Los recomiendo a nadie
This place sucks they r never on time but don't u dare be late cuz they won't see u can't wait to get my grandson on my insurance
The waiting is ridiculous. An hour for X-rays and exam before the scheduled cleaning at 10:00 (now 11:00 and just getting his cleaning). If wasn't the only place that takes nephews insurance, wouldn't be here.
