Called to find out if I had a choice of D.D.S to choose from. I was on hold for 6 minutes. Once they answered I asked my question, I was told that they have to transfer me. That took another 3 minute on hold, once answered I presented my question again. I was placed on hold yet again, at this time 12 minutes has past. This says a lot about your office and staff.
Frist time at western Dental.. I .Didnt have to wait long ! The stuff was Awesome ,Friendly and so nice.. Dr Hundal Sandhu did a Execllent job on pulling out my teeth that needed to be done !Thank You so much ! :-)
Went in with a lot of pain even though the first day they only did xrays and discussed treatment option i was given a prescription to help the bacteria and help with the pain. That same day i was given a return appointment so i can go in and start treatment. Now after treatment my mouth still hurts but thats only because of the treatment received and another prescription for the pain and bacteria. All this service within a week. Nice people and they take medi cal And and affordable
My appointment was at 2:30 and I didn't get seen til 5:45 and that was just x-rays. They told me to re schedule to get a cleaning because they were going to close soon. Maybe if you didn't have me sit there all day everything could have been done. I hope this gets fixed....
