My husband had an appointment at 1:30. We arrived at 1:00 knowing that there would be paperwork to fill out him being a new patient. Western dental even called the day before to remind us of our 1:30 appointment. It is now 4:30 and he has yet to be seen. What is the use of making an appointment if they cannot keep to a schedule. We had no idea that we would be here the entire afternoon into the evening. The front office staff have been very pleasant but this wait time is extremely unacceptable!!!

Had charges for services never completed was told they'll refund it but never did. Only way I got a refund is due to me calling care credit and dispute the charge on their end. That was in December it's March now and I'm being billed for 700+ dollars and being told I'm late in payments yea fuck this company never go to them they will rip you off and take you money find someone better.
Was the 1st person here when the doors opened at 9 am , now it's 10am and I'm yet to be seen..was told it would be a very long wait

Worst place ever. Waited 3 hours in waiting area! Not even seen by a dentist yet! Never again will I come back here!!!!

I went to this facility to have teeth extracted and get dentures. I ended up with dentures that fit poorly and shards of teeth still embedded in my gums. I have attempted to contact corporate about it and guess what? No response. This is the dentist from hell. Do not go here. P.S. When I had teeth extracted, I was no longer numb and the oral surgeon ignored my cries of pain. He told me to shut up.
This is the second time they lost my teeth but the only place that takes medical
The wait time is always long but the staff here are great. Always greeted with a smile. They also really do their best to accommodate my family's needs.
