Western dental really pissing me off. Instead of sending my contract over to my new western dental I go to they won’t. They said they will just make an appointment and we will send it over ... but instead they put me on hold every time I ask them to do so then after about 30 min of being on hold they hang up. My daughter has had braces on her teeth (put on by Western Dental) since she was 9, she is now 13!! We were told today that these braces are phase 1 and now we have to pay again for phase 2. Are you freaking kidding me!!??? Apparently she has a piece of bone or tooth lodged in between her front teeth and it can’t be fixed with braces. We have been waiting over a year for the surgical appointment to remove this piece and it still hasn’t been scheduled. horrible service...who has you wait 5 hours to be seen...not only the western dental in Fresno but the one in Stockton too...I would never recommend this place ever ever ever....so disappointed..office managers are so rude as well as the receptionist asian lady in front and the big tall Mexican chubby receptionist lady ..horrible
Charged $1700 on our credit for merchandise and work that was never bought or done.
