COLLECTIONS 1600 for TREATMENT NOT received. The office manager Stephanie was no help. She did not take the time to research my file to see that I did not receive the treatment. I was given a generic answer and was told their finance department had to deal with this and then Terry at financial told me the local office (Stephanie) was the one I should talk to. The staff is super nice and so is Maria the x ray tech, but it seemed like the dentist didn’t really care that I was in pain she cared more about what more she could find and charge me more. I’m on medical doesn’t that tell you I can’t afford a 4 thousand dollar bill? Also if you’re a dr or dentist your should be discreet not loud so the whole place can hear how many cavities I have lol. Horrible horrible customer service! There was once girl who i absolutely adored but i am having issues with my teeth and I have been giving no resolution! AVOID at all costs!!
