Gonna give 5 stars , yeah there’s always a wait time but when you get a chance to see the dentist you get treated with care . The girls upfront take a lot !! And they do there best . Overall always a wait time but I would come back !!
Miss management and also with the rude staff
I've been going to this office for a year and earlier this year I had a filling placed that started hurting within a month or two. I was told it should improve within 6 months, but it’s now been over 6 months and the pain has only gotten worse, making it difficult to chew. I already had a checkup scheduled, and even though the pain got worse, I decided to wait the two weeks until my appointment to bring it up. This has to be the worst Western dental. I've ever been to in my life. The receptionist is rude always has an attitude and thinks she runs the whole office the dentist and all telling you what the dentist is not going to do without even asking them.... my last appointment I came 15 minutes early and had to wait 2 hours today.I came fifteen minutes late and they made me reschedule... They need to fire that whole front office staff!!!
