Expect to wait an hour over your regular appointment time. Every. Single. Time. Then you will wait again before you see the dentist. My dentist is a woman who isn't particularly kind. She is also quite rough and doesn't ask very many caring questions during procedures. You will be pressured to purchase orthodontic services at some point during your visit. They provide horrible service. They charged my insurance for an exam that was not done. The assistant were not able to tell me how many cavities my child had because the dentist didn't want to bother due to him not being a pediatric dentist.Instead why bother when they can just charge the insurance for stuff they don't do and refer me out because where they refer me, they have to do heir own exam anyways.Horrible experience.(their pediatric dentist all quit an unfortunate for me I was not let know which is why she was not ab... read more
Good experience at the dentist. Zinnia and Margo were very friendly and helpful.
Went back again for a problem and I got seen right away with less than a 10 minute wait!!! The dentist assistant vinny was really amazing. He wasn't just about business. He took his time even making jokes and making me laugh. Such an amazing worker!
Orthodontics was Super Friendly! Great Service! Claudia was so great giving us the best financial options and payments. Very knowledgeable. I adore Leicha an RDA was so amazing!! Definetly recommend Dr. Chris
