Gina and the staff was very kind and helpful
The nurses/dental assistants were and always are absolutely great. Professional, welcoming, and patient enough to answer any questions I might have, no matter how trivial. However, I only put 3 stars because the orthodontist that was working on my daughter's braces was the complete opposite. He was dismissive and, quite frankly, rude when I tried asking any questions.
Staff is always nice, the new dentist was nice too, but she kept on looking away while tools were in my mouth, that was super uncomfortable. She needs to concentrate on the patient not what is going on somewhere else..
