Has one of the worst incompetent receptionist. Gina isn’t any help at all.
Customer Service is Great, staff is all very sweet, dentist was Understanding when Asking to be numbed more than normal do to high pain sensitivity. Switch from the Visalia Branch to The Tulare one and have had a higher Quality of Service here.
This is hands down the worst orthodontist in Tulare. Don’t believe the 5 star reviews they bribe people with free whitening strips for 5-star ratings. They don’t care about facial aesthetics or long-term health. I was left with a narrow palate that changed the structure of my face, and they never once explained the consequences. Went here a couple years ago but the experience has still haunted me about going to the dentist, I went to get an examination and the doctor told me “I had the worst teeth she’d ever seen” and demanded $2,000 as a down payment for anything and I also asked for numbing cream if they did a deep cleaning and she said no. Whoever is thinking about having dental work here more specifically extractions with Dr. Lucar….DON’T! He had no compassion, no sympathy and no patience and spoke zero English. He was so rough, didn’t wait for the topical numbing agent to take affect before injecting my already sensitive gums with 12 different injections, some directly into the infected tooth .
