3x i drove my mom-in-law for her appointment, all 3 times we had to wait at least 45- 1hr fir her to get seated. All 3 times she has an appointment and last time was 2 pm, got there 1:45 and it was locked, somebody came in at 2:08 to open it. There were 3 of us waiting already while it was still closed and 3 more came between 2-2:07 pm. So we all filled out a form then waited in lobby. 2 mire people came in. Absolute garbage, can't even get you in for your own appointment on time. You'd have a better time at the DMV than here so don't waste your time.Would give zero if possible.
