I like this place. yes, it's shabby, yes, it's mainly for us poor people on Medicare & Medical but all of the staff I encountered were kind & efficient. unlike the 2 "fancy" Elk Grove dentists I went to. besides not serving Anthem Blue Cross members, they looked at me like gum on their shoe. I don't look elk grove enough lol. don't want to so that works out! I'll never recommend ORA dental. Even 1 star rating is a waste for this place. Horrible and very unprofessional.
Very unprofessional I have extreme toothache and was prescribed some antibiotics when I asked if they sent it right away they told me yes they went on lunch without sending my prescription to cvs. I had to wait an hour for them to get off lunch just for them to put my prescription in and have to wait another hour. That is very inconsiderate being the fact that I am in extreme pain. I have been sitting in the Parking lot for two hours now
Once you get past the front desk it's great but the scheduling process is a joke. You really feel like you're at the DMV
