They are the worst do not go there. They are slow. We had an appointment at 10. Was not seen till 11. Another customer came in and was sent right back. And left at the same time. Over an hr here. And nothing was done. They make u sit in ur car the entire time. Where I was running out of gas because if the ac running in 101 temperatures. I should bill them for my gas wasted sitting in the car.

If I can give no stars I would. We went here due to my mom has a toothache. She had a stroke and has a speech impediment and they refused to have me with her. This is total bullshit I will not be back. Western dental sucks the big dick. They need to have rules. They are not following CDC guidelines. They are absolutely ridiculous. Let’s see if they even fix the issue. The receptionist is a major bitch wanting to cancel my moms appointment

They are very nice and if your not big on dentists or fearful of them, they make it so easy to relax and not worry about where you are.
The people at this office are so nice. I was so nervous and scared and they were so friendly!
Today we stopped into the Dental Depot office on Greenway to see if the office worked with our insurance. They did and the office was able to see us 15 mins. later. I was so pleased. Our little one was seen and some cavities were discovered on there very neat hand held machine that didn't require the lead apron or the assistant ducking behind a safety shield to avoid dangerous x-rays.
