Horrible service, make you an appointment and call you the same day to reschedule it way earlier cause the doctor gonna leave without thinking people drive 5 hours or more to arrive on time, this is the second time that happen

My daughter goes to the Montgomery Dr office. Nice service and nice people.
It was over a hour wait before I was seen. They advertised free checkup with x-rays and cleaning. They did the x-rays but wanted me to have a deep cleaning which I had a little over 6 months ago. They would not cover a regular cleaning. It would have been another $2,000 or more out of my pocket!

Being a new patient I was impressed how quickly I was able to get an appointment, ease of filling out forms and most importantly the honest evaluation of what needed to be done with solid explanations.
I found my first visit quite impressive, with friendly, efficient, knowledgeable staff and state of the art equipment. Oral conditions and potential treatment were clearly explained to me by the dentist himself.
My hygienist Yani did a splendid job cleaning my teeth. I was completely satisfied with his work. He knows his job very well.
I DO NOT recommend ANY Western Dental offices at all. The people at the Farmers Lane office are rude, they are definitely NOT FRIENDLY. I think even robots are friendlier than these people. I gave a payment, my mistake was that I didn't notice that they recorded it as if I had given a Credit/Debit card payment when in reality I gave them cash. They didn't even give the paper receipt from the credit card machine, but they did give me a receipt. Long story short, I paid them off and never going there again. I actually give the... read more
Excellent care. Technicians were very friendly and very educational in helping maintenance of my teeth.
