Horrible service, make you an appointment and call you the same day to reschedule it way earlier cause the doctor gonna leave without thinking people drive 5 hours or more to arrive on time, this is the second time that happen

My daughter goes to the Montgomery Dr office. Nice service and nice people.
It was over a hour wait before I was seen. They advertised free checkup with x-rays and cleaning. They did the x-rays but wanted me to have a deep cleaning which I had a little over 6 months ago. They would not cover a regular cleaning. It would have been another $2,000 or more out of my pocket!

I DO NOT recommend ANY Western Dental offices at all. The people at the Farmers Lane office are rude, they are definitely NOT FRIENDLY. I think even robots are friendlier than these people. I gave a payment, my mistake was that I didn't notice that they recorded it as if I had given a Credit/Debit card payment when in reality I gave them cash. They didn't even give the paper receipt from the credit card machine, but they did give me a receipt. Long story short, I paid them off and never going there again. I actually give the... read more
I had a great experience, yeah I was there a while, but I planned for that. They took exceptional care of me. I have been to the dentist a lot in my life. They hit all the marks with me. I will be back. Worth the 4 hour drive for affordable dental care.

It was as usual horrible. More than an hour wait and then they tried to make my mentally ill client pay in cash for services even though they have never done that before.
