The dentist himself was great and very helpful but the staff are most worried about their breaks, who is taking theirs first, why and if it's fair or not. Then after waiting an hour, in pain mind you and seeing patient after patient walk in after I had checked in, finally was told they were understaffed. With 2 dentist in the whole place I would say so. Very slow, no consideration for your time and the children's playroom is anything but childlike or clean. A place I would never let my children play.

11:00 am Appointment, At 12:15 went to the Counter asked them if they were running behind. They stated that they were running behind, I stated probably get called around 2:00 and the lady laughed and I told her it's not funny. Got called in at 2:25 and the lady asked us if we wanted to wait another 45 minutes. I said NO give me another appointment can't get one until August 26th. They didn't even ask us if we wanted to reschedule earlier. They didn't even offer a bottle of water.....UNSAT
Talking got us no where so unfortunately I filed a grievance with Western Dental. Looking at previous responses it seems to me that Western Dental has done NOTHING to fix any problems that their patients have. We are changing our insurance as soon as open enrollment comes up.
Today à 3 my mom knocked out her temps and They refuséd to see her no more appts for today. It was 12p? I refused to accept it. They told me to walk in if They come out that I would have no problem coming in. So they said fine 2 to 3 hour wait. I said Do you know How hard it is to keep à dementia patient calm? Got in with 1hr wait. That was quicker than appt yesterday.
The place sucks, wait time is absolutely HORRIBLE BUT I got to say the people are pretty nice. They tried to explain to me why the wait time was so long and how they hate it but yeah I would not ever go back!
My dentist is over 90 min lat...been here since 9:00 am and its 10:35
