My appointment for my daughter was at 10am. I am still currently waiting for her to get her teeth done for a general cleaning. It is now 11:30. Most unorganized dental office I have been in. If it takes an hour and a half on one patient, don't schedule appointments with only 30 minutes per patient!! So pissed right now!
They are somewhat unprofessional. The staff could smile more. The weight is always forever or they ask if you could leave because they don't have a doctor for you or something like that. The actual dentists are all right though. But the front staff is not very courteous and needs a huge upgrade.

I'd give no stars if I could. I wait for several weeks for my kids appointments then when we show up they say they can't see them. Either they tell me there are no doctor or they call just before and tell me it's cancelled. They try to tell me it's the call centers fault, but it happens when I make the appointments directly through the front desk as well. I waited for 2 hours in the office when I had an appointment already set up. Never got a chance to see the dentist. Had to reschedule and they could get me in for another month.
Callled ahead of time to have appropriate payment method, got quoted a general price. Price ended up being four times what they said and dental assistant unable to explain or break down the charges past 'that's our price'. Dentist was sick and constantly leaving to blow his nose. Nasty. I will NOT be returning.
