I paid with my credit card online for a button punch, and then was sent an email hours with a quote. When I gave my credit information online, I thought i was paying for it. 36 hours later I get an email from their project manager stating nobody has approved the order and if I can create a UPS label, when I gave him my UPS account number early on my initial response to his first email.
