Always told me they would call back but never did. After not seeing the doctor for two years during Covid I called for an appointment and they said I was no longer a patient there and I would have to reapply. This after my family had been going there for 16 years! Needless to say I didn’t reapply. This is a 5 star review for Dr Passias. HOWEVER, as someone who has worked in the medical and health field for many years, I seriously wish they would change their phone message greeting!! As a patient it's a headache to bypass, especially when the receptionists themselves are usually so friendly. Unfortunately I am never friendly by the time they talk to me because of the greeting!!
