First of all Community Hospital has been outstanding for all my medical services, including total right and left hip replacements, physical therapies, and miscellaneous physical tests. The reason I rated them 4 out of 5 is the poor service with making an appointment for a Dexa scan. I made several unanswered calls and left messages where no one called me back, even though they promised same day call backs.. Excellent service, great interaction with staff. I felt I was in the right place at the right time for my osteoporosis and medication to help bone lose.
