I got my catalytic converter replaced here after it got stolen (PSA: Don't street park in Koreatown overnight). It was done super fast! My new catalytic converter is even quieter than the first one. Service is amazing: everyone is friendly and professional, and the whole process was so simple. Highly recommend to everyone!
These folks do a great job. They are responsive and timely in the delivery of what’s needed. Vera fights for you with the third parties to get what’s needed. They work quick and their technicians are exceptional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for body work.
I believe Vera was the woman who primarily helped me when my car got taken here. Insurance deemed my car a total loss but my interactions with the staff at Western Collision Works were good. They took care of me and went out of their way to accommodate me.
Stay away! This place has the worst customer care. They belittle your car and then lie about the mileage. Woman answering the phone should be fired!
I had a great experience at this auto repair shop. They did a phenomenal job repairing the damage from a rear-end accident & did it in a timely manner. Everyone is very nice & helpful. Will be coming here for all my service & repair needs from now on.
