Definitely one of the worst ran businesses in the history of businesses. 2nd time using them, and both experiences have been horrible. Ordered a drop kit for a 72 c10 on Oct. 24th 2025, and we’re still waiting for 2 “back ordered” parts. Parts that I found, and are available, at every other distributor. Even found them on eBay for a fraction of the cost. A well run business would have ordered them elsewhere to take care of their customers. Purchased a steering column - attempted to cancel moments after ordering. Emailed, and called multiple times over the course of multiple days. Inquired via-PayPal only for them to then ship the product that I asked to cancel. Finally got Jimmy on the phone, tell him I want to do an RMA, tells me to email him, I do... emails back days later stating has no recollection of events, even though they're in the email he's replying too (threaded). Sends me an RMA and FEDEX label days later... send product back. Ghosted... no Refund.
June 12th I ordered a 2/4 kit. Never received a tracking number so I called to ask. I got no answer. June 24th I emailed asking when it would ship. June 26th I got a email saying rear kit shipped but spindles where back ordered, but they were working with second supplier to get me the spindles. They should have told me that when I called to order and asked if everything was in stock and they said yes. July 1st asked if they knew when I might receive the spindles since they're on backorder. No response. Called no answer. July... read more
Second time ordering parts from these clowns since they bought a once pretty good company. This is the last time I will ever use them! No actual tracking number, no give a shit when asking about a shipping date. I kept hoping that they would be better the second time and that maybe the first time was just a fluke in their shipping department but all the reviews on the forums and groups are correct about how shitty this company has become!
I ordered 4 inch lower leaf springs in July and now they won't answer my email or calls I've asked several times for a refund cause it's now almost December and still no parts I'm fixing to get a lawyer involved they have around $700 of mine
