Order parts 5/18/2006 no parts and no response need a refund i spend 1603.46 .
Had to perform a charge back due to months of promising a refund for a unfulfilled order. Complete waste of time.
I ordered the DS-2 Drop shocks for my 49 FORD on July 11. It is now August 26th, I have called and two times out of the four times that I have Called I Was Told that the manufacturer had not sent the order of shocks in yet. The other two times that I’ve called I’ve gotten the prompt for waiting for a call back, And they never called. I have missed several car shows because of this, and will never use Western chassis again.
Absolute worst to order from or even deal with when and I say when because it will happen, you don't get your parts, ever. No contact, nothing. Back order bullshit. Keep looking for your part elsewhere.
