I waited two months for leafsprings.Said they were back ordered but i couldn’t wait any longer.Aaron was very polite and helpful and got my money back with no issues.
Ordered parts in October, made contact with them in December to remove part of my order. Haven't heard back nor have I received a partial refund. At this point I just want my money back. Update, they never contacted me but I did finally receive a refund.
Waiting for 4 months to get parts i have sent emails and no response. I have called multiple times and fianlly was able to talk to someone 3 weeks ago and was told parts would be here last week. I have tried calling again and back to waiting for someone to answer the phone.
If I could give zero stars I would. After 2 weeks of no shipping information. No contact. Multiple attempted phone calls and hours on hold. I’m convinced this place is a total sham. Luckily I used pay pal so I was able to get a refund. Do not waste your time. Buy from switch suspension instead.
