Do not order from this company !! First and foremost the communication is crap! They won’t answer emails or the phone. We ordered parts in June and didn’t get leaf springs have been told every month oh they will be here in August then in August told it will be first of September and then September it will be beginning of October. Now we are here beginning of October and was told it will be end of October. I feel like I’m being lied too every month. Dont purchase anything from them they are not honest when there is obvious defects with there parts showing up bent and saying we dont exist in there system all i asked the guy is to standby there products we got a 2x4 drop kit no hardware no instructions and the rear shackles are so bent they wont go over the leaf spring and the lower bushing tube on the shackles is full of metal hang nails like it was cut with a hacksaw im putting the whole kit in the trash spindles hangers and shackles.. its sad this is a project that was... read more
Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever delt with... somehow everytime I've called the computer mysteriously crashes... similar situation with a lot of the reviews I'm reading on here sent half a kit to keep us from canceling the order and now are dragging their feet to get the refund taken care of that we had to eat $175 shipping cost on... 100 percent do not order from this company
So much like others I am giving them a low rating because of communication and delivery. I’m not upset because they sold me junk, well the shocks are junk. What most of us are upset about is part delivery times. I ordered my drop kit for an 84 C15 on March 31st of 2025. I ordered the most complete kit they had, and as of today September 22nd 2025 I am still missing leaf springs.
