I ordered front suspension from this company 25 days ago still not shipped. I call a week ago they say there are a couple weeks behind. I call this week they say they're waiting for parts to come in it's going to be another two or three weeks. I tell them I want to cancel my order, and they tell me there will be a 5% cancellation fee, this is unacceptable. Now I find a lot of negative reviews about this company

Still waiting on a confirmation email a week after order. I've tried calling several times but no one answers. I should have checked reviews before ordering.

Placed an online order, half of the order was back ordered but I was never notified. Called and canceled the rest of the order and returned what had been delivered because I found it local. Problem was the communication. When I called to ask if they had received the return I was met with an attitude like I was inconveniencing the person on the other line. Cannot get them to answer phone calls, emails, or social media messages. Been waiting on a partial order since July and have gotten nothing from them. I do not recommend this place.
