The convenience of a center near home, but mostly the professionalism and friendliness of the staff and therapists. I have used WBPT for years and always had success with my treatments.😍
Their staff is always helpful and know what to do for whatever is wrong. From my should pain to a knee replacement, they were great. I highly recommend Western Berks and their physical therapists.
A place that lies and cheats they're patients out of proper care. Absolute waste of money, lost of trust, humiliation and physical harm with an already pre existing disease. NEVER ever go here
Day 16 of post op and your PT people are fab in keeping me going and getting my flexion and extension and flexibility back after total knee replacement!!! TY
My experience at WBPT has been great! The staff is friendly, professional and warm. I’ve been working with Jennifer for the past 6 weeks. Not only has she educated and guided me but also given me great tools to use everyday. My condition improves with every visit!
The staff in Laureldale are very caring, professional, and helpful -- always guiding me and answering all my questions. Before coming here I was not able to bend my toes or move my ankle at all. Now I'm standing and have started walking again. I would recommend this place to anyone. I've learned a lot and it's been a great experience. Love you guys <3
