So I’m sitting next to my wife while we’re on the phone with a collection agency due to your Robesonia office. Without ANY WARNING they decided to end our automatic payments for a bill we’ve had for the past year that I may add we have paid every month since 10/11/19 I find it completely unacceptable that we were sent to collections when we have not missed a payment for an entire year, all of a sudden they stopped charging our card and our bill was sent to collections??!! They are always so friendly and helpful and genuinely care about you and your problem. The best thing for me is the simple plan of exercise I was given to do at home - it truly has helped me!
I have had to receive therapy on several occasions over the years after knee surgery and several back injuries. I have always received excellent care and service from Western Berks Physical Therapy. Pleasant staff, convenient scheduling and clean facilities. Very accommodating when I had quite a bit of costs not covered by insurance. They allowed me to pay in easy installments. I recommend anyone in need of therapy or even wellness advice to seek them out, you will not be disappointed.
I was in Physical Therapy for about 3 months. I always felt comfortable and my therapist, Deb, always kept me informed as to what she was doing and what to expect. When she asked questions, I felt like she listened and addressed any problems I was having. I would highly recommend them.
I hurt my shoulder in a car accident. Western Physical Therapy helped me through the pain, and stress. They did a great job with my recovery. They staff also helped with setting up appointments., and the therapy staff were great with how they helped me with my shoulder.. They are also a great company to work with!! I would highly recommend them.
They are very loveable and they care for you if i need therapy will go to them again yes i do recommend them.

I would like to share my thoughts on Western Berks Physical Therapy and Wellness Center. This place has been a big help to me and the entire staff is friendly and caring and feels like family. I have tried other places but feel this is the best around town.
