So I’m sitting next to my wife while we’re on the phone with a collection agency due to your Robesonia office. Without ANY WARNING they decided to end our automatic payments for a bill we’ve had for the past year that I may add we have paid every month since 10/11/19 I find it completely unacceptable that we were sent to collections when we have not missed a payment for an entire year, all of a sudden they stopped charging our card and our bill was sent to collections??!! I will not stop until everyone in this county knows t... read more
