At the First United Methodist Church in Marysville, we have been fighting bats for decades! Our building is 89 years old, therefore a Historical Monument, and we are forced to keep our Spanish tile roof the way it is, thus having hundreds of “caves” for bats to live, bread and hibernate. We were so very pleased with this company. They solved our bat problem efficiently and they were particularly helpful with the insurance claim. I would highly recommend this company.

Horrible company. Wanted $65 to even look at the issue and then when questioned about this they canceled my appointment and told me they had concerns about :working for me" and told me to go fly a kite. Never been treated this way in 20 years of construction experience, what I call "strong arm" tactics, like a hard sell for a time share. The plan is to come out and give a high bid and then 'sell' it to the customer by offering to waive the $65 service fee. Absolutely ridiculous. The owner once helped me with a large carpenter ant problem over the phone. I followed his advice/expertise and was soon rid of the problem. Classy stuff!

I really appreciate that Western Bat Specialists are ethical. When bats need to be convinced to move on, they not only do the best for the humans but they work hard to keep the animals safe too.
