These people are horrible!!!!! – My mom rented from them for 12 years and they treated her like dirt! They would walk in on her without notice! They never fixed anything! We had a insect infestation for 2 years and they did nothing. We had to get rid of them ourselves. The stairs were falling apart and both me and my sister fell and got hurt. They said it was our fault and refused to fix it are pay the medical bills. Then a old tree fell though the roof and we had to call the city on them to get it taken care of!
Worst Management Ever – I have been renting from this company for several years, and they have onlu provided terrible service. I come to believe that in fact they are somewhat discriminating, other than lazy, and rude. They try to make you think that they are a very respected Management, when in fact people only rent from them because of the lack of available apartments around the Santa Cruz County!!!!
Excellent service, Great choice, FAIR – I have rented from Western Associates for six years now and have had nothing but great experiences when working with them. I was supprised to find so many negative comments about them, but after reading thru the previous five reviews, I have come to the conclusion that it is the same lame person. Worst Property Management Ever – These guys never fix anything, and have lost 2 of our rent checks. I have to get everything fixed by the house owner, not the people managing it. Ridiculous. The only time I hear from them or see them is if they mess up and lose our check, or if they're upset that I went over their heads to get repairs on the house done. Run far. Run fast.
