We are a walk in clinic no appointment needed (except for surgery) Monday through Friday 8:30am-9:30am (after 9:30 we are in surgery and cannot see patients), and 2pm-5:30pm. Saturday 8:30am-11:30am. Vaccinations are discounted during the afternoon and Saturday times

Staff are not wearing face masks even though clients bring pets into the clinic. This policy appears to be in violation of Colorado's Public Health Order 20-26 requiring that employees of critical businesses wear masks through May 17th, 2020.

Took my dog here for a wart on her face, vet said its fine and only cosmetic and would fall off in about a month, well a little less than a month and I'm paying $634 to another emergency vet because the wart ruptured and of course my dog starts bleeding everywhere. always friendly staff, great advice, good location with parking and wonderful price. real people that know about animals!! I got recommended by a co-worker and won't go anywhere else.
My husband and I brought our dog to Western Animal Clinic today and received a warm welcome and a thorough exam. Dr. Kate was very caring and patient with our aging pup, and welcomed questions and concerns. Dr. Kate and her assistant were a great team!
I would recommend that you call ahead and confirm that Dr. Shirella is on duty that day. He's great with pups, listens to your concerns/questions and addresses them. Can't say the same for Dr. Kate LaVasseur - very unfriendly, and unprofessional. She scoffed at me trying to comfort my pet and wouldn't accommodate her attitude given the circumstances. EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF Stef and "Dr" Kate snapped at me and my friend repeatedly telling us how can we expect them to handle our big dog. UMM UR THE VETERINARIAN! I will be contacting the clinic manager or owner. on top of that they discriminated against my disability. DO NOT BRING UR CHILD HERE some people shouldnt go into a field of work they are not capable of handling.
