Our HOA management company has been with Alliance Association Bank for a few years now and have over 200 accounts. We have always had a great experience with Alliance. We always had a great experience with Carolina, our bank rep. When sending her emails for request or assistance she is very quick to respond to any email questions or requests we have. I feel our accounts are well taken care of by this bank and would recommend Alliance Association Bank to anyone.

We have been provided outstanding service by our account representative and the support people we have dealt with. We always receive very quick responses to any email questions or requests we have and feel very much that our business is being taken care of by our bankers at Alliance. Our property management company has been with Alliance for over a year now and I absolutely recommend Alliance Bank. I have dealt with several of their account specialists in setting up our accounts and they were all absolutely wonderful. They When I have made mistakes on my end they have been polite and quick to help. Even though they are not a hometown bank they make me feel like they are!
Alliance Association Bank has been wonderful to work with. We have had a few issues with out banking and in each case their customer service representative walked us through the process and found where we made out mistake. They understand the HOA business and always seem ready to reply and help when there are issues.
God forbid you are forced to deal with Alliance Assoc. Bank because of your HOA. Reaching customer service is a time consuming chore. Their reps are mostly rude and dismissive, and their website is un-navegable. Unprofessional crap of an excuse for a money institution

Our property management company recently changed to this company. The first 3 months of payments (Jan FEB and March 2017)through this company, and none went through. Called, and was told by the representative that they did NOT have the same bank account # imputed on their end as we did on ours. Costing us hundreds of dollars in late fees, and NFS fees by our association. The guy tried giving us every technology excuse in the book, so it is our fault.
