I recently had an issue in that I wanted to transfer funds from an account that was flagged for no transactions allowed due to fraud. Kimberley Roth assisted in transferring the funds and closing the account. She was very professional. She listened to my explanation, was quick to resolve the issue, followed-up with the supporting documentation for my files. Kimberley was a pleasure to work with.
All I can say is AWESOME! We switched from BB&T bank and have been more than pleased. I would recommend this bank to anyone. The customer service is great and you can always reach a live person when you need assistance.
