This HOA collection bank is garbage. Ive tried at least 6 times TODAY to set up scheduled automatic payments and the website doesnt even process my request. However, when I made a payment today, the website worked just fine!!!

I have lived in the same house since 2003 and have been paying my *** monthly fee since then. I sent my June payment over 10 days ago to the listed ********* address as always, along with the coupon from the booklet I receive every year. I check my checking account daily online and the check has still not been cashed, nearing the end of the month. I called my *** mgmt. and expressed concern since this had happened with *******'s payment which took almost a month to cash for which I was charged a late fee.They told me that th... read more

You need to provide a bank statement! Your website is trash and a scam towards older people who would have trouble using an online portal. Late fees are not transparent and again add a bank statement so people know what their balance is.

I am completely abandoned by your bank. There is no way to get help from your business. I have tried to register and log in with a new HOA and keep getting kicked out. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get help. I have called - to no avail. No one ever answers the telephone. I have tried to contact you via computer. No one is there to help either. I cannot imagine how you stay in business. **** ****** One star only because one must choose a minimum number of stars. Your service deserves 0 stars.

online portal is not clear, and vague by design. Does not have any statements, nor any information about returned payments. I strongly suggest no using this system, as the online portal can be very misleading, giving you much more problems than you anticipate. For instance, it only states online "payment initiated on" tells you nothing if the payment went through. Better and cheaper to use your own bank to issue recurring checks rather than using a third party like this to make payments. It gives no advantages an can lead to... read more

I had 2 very positive experiences today, one with Andrea & one with Sandra. They were each extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. They are stationed in Nevada, taking care of our homeowner association dues. Thank you, Alliance Bank, for your excellent employees!

Alliance Association Bank has been a great asset to the HOA industry. Our Acct Rep, Wayne "Bert" H**** is a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and prompt in getting back to me. And I can not say enough great things about Denise S****. Would recommend using this bank to any HOA/Management Company.
