We recently had a new AC unit installed and overall had a great experience with this company. Tammy was wonderful with scheduling and keeping us updated throughout the process, and Hector did an excellent job with the installation. He was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable.

I like to thank Western Air for fixing my AC during this crazy heat wave, Hector did a awesome job changing the fan motor and got us cooling again also explained how to you use my smart thermostat ..definitely calling them back..thank you.

My water heater went out, I called Western Air . Hector came out and fixed the problem , replaced the water heater. I definitely recommend this company to all

Technician Hector was awesome, great customer service, very knowledgeable he walked me through the details of what he was going to fix and answered any/every question I had and was very clear in details, I highly recommend him and will request him if I ever need work done again!
