RecommendedI had an emergency regarding my front tooth. I called and was able to get in and taken care of quickly. I went for my first appointment at the Amherst clinic this week. From the moment I entered their office, I was treated so well. The dental hygienist took me through the entire office, introducing me to each staff. During my appointment, she explained everything to me. The dentist came in, again being so pleasant and thorough. Overall, the service was excellent. All the staff made me feel welcome. I highly recommend Westermeier Martin Dental Care!!!
I cannot say I would ever recommend anyone to this practice . Very over priced . Treatment is great , which it should be for what they charge . The bigger problem is you pay for all treatment upfront (before it’s even been done) in full. Then it’s put through insurance at their leisure . Mistakes and all. First time it had taken me 4 months for my return and it was a large amount and recently I am still waiting from sept 12 th. I have changed dentists since . Will never go back . Thank you Westermeier Martin!! You are understanding, friendly, compassionate and kind. My fear of dentists has kept me from taking proper care of my teeth for years and your staff was amazing. My teeth are all fixed and fear is no longer an issue! I encourage anyone with the fear issue to make an appointment!
Yesterday I had a cavity filled, and I had no fear. As I told Dr. Alex, "You are masters of pain management." I felt nothing. This has been my experience since becoming a patient here in the 1990's. Back then I remember telling Dr. Scott that I saw Dr. Mulcahy in Batavia when I was a kid. He told me that his dad knew Dr. Mulcahy. That connection and longevity gave me comfory. I highly recommend Westermeier Martin Dental Care!
