I waited a good 4 months after moving in to form a solid opinion about WestEnd. Here are my thoughts: I love Chase the leasing agent and Shavon, who was the property manager during my move in. Overall the amenities of the community are great. While I hate the idea of bundled services, rent, cable/internet, water sewage, trash and pest control. It does make for less bills overall. WestEnd is great! I have lived here for a year and haven’t had any issues. The office staff & maintenance team are super friendly!
We lived at this location 4 years. The only great things about this place are how pedestrian friendly it used to be, the gray amenities line playground, dog parks, etc. The pedestrian door was then replaced with a fence in the back entrance, and the front door gate is permanently locked turning the apartment into like a jail place by the new management. Just moved in and I am so glad I did! The office staff has been so helpful with everything and are always so happy to answer all my questions (I had a lot). Can't wait for the summer pool party!!
I’ve lived here for a few months now and it was a great choice. The office staff are great, responsive, kind, easy to work with. My place is nice, well kept, updated, spacious, and a great location near pretty much everything! The amenities are beautiful and I’m ready for hot weather again to be able to use them. 🥰 This is a great place to live. Convenient to anything.
