I have been in contact with this company for nine months trying to get them to come out and do some simple repairs to my windows. Possibly the worst service I have ever experienced. Do better!
Quality product, errors fixed
Initial customer support was good. But there was a problem with the installation and one of the doors doesn’t lock. It’s been two years with repeated calls and emails and zero follow through on their end. Can’t recommend.
Very poor service. Waiting 3 months for Westeck to replace 2 out of 16 windows that were produced in error with wrong glass type. Very little confidence they will actually replace with what we ordered.
Westeck was good at coming out to evaluate our door and provide pamphlets with excellent options for a replacement. They were however not responsive afterwards until contacted almost a month later and said this wasn't a job for them. Fair enough but their follow-up communication was poor.
