As a property manager, I always call WesTech when I need a problem fixed THE FIRST TIME, or when I suspect there may be deeper, more serious underlying problems. They are always prompt, courteous, and professional, and fairly priced. I have used many plumbers in Lubbock over the years, but WesTech is my go-to because they are simply the best in town!
Service and knowledge of situation was excellent, and the Service Technician was over the top, one of the most polite I have done business with...
I have only been in my house a few weeks after moving across town, and yesterday both toilets overflowed along with my shower. WesTech went above and beyond to clear the water line and get things back to normal. I'm really happy with the great service I received!

Courteous plumbers - seemed to care about our problem.
Had a call service using my home warranty and westech scheduled me only to get rescheduled again because they couldn’t get to my house. So had to wait another day, then next day came and the guy named Sam they sent over was not as helpful as I thought. He seemed like he was in hurry to leave. The plumbing issues weren’t resolved. So still back to same issue. The service call using westech was WORTHLESS. Excellent service! I had to have my water heater replaced today. They called before they came and actually showed at the time that they gave me. After they were finished, he explained everything that was done. I would definitely recommend them.
Hands down the best company in town! We are so thankful that our home warranty sent them out a little over 2 years ago to give us a second opinion on an issue we had right after we bought our home. They have all been great since then and every time they came out to our home.
