My experience in the building was not a good one. The apartment was over priced for a one-bedroom and further rent increase was due despite COVID 19. The building was not well ventilated. Strong smoke smell circulated inside my apartment for the whole year. I have asthma and two kids so I had to buy new filters for the bathroom and kitchen as well as a new air purifier to minimize the smell of the smoke.
