One star is as low as I could go it doesn't deserve any stars. I live at The Parks on Preston. I have had issues since the day I moved in from bugs nesting in the back of the refrigerator to the carpet not being cleaned when I moved in. I've sent notices about issues by certified mail to the complex and management company to no avail. This last month I have been dealing with urine being pour over the balcony above landing on mine. The resident moved in on 2/15/2020 and the carpet had already been professionally cleaned on 2/3/2020 by our carpet vendor. On 2/18/20 the resident submitted a work order regarding an odor behind the refrigerator and the stove. On 2/19/2020 maintenance pulled the refrigerator and stove out and sprayed a cleaning product behind those appliances. No smell or odor was found at the time. There are some really friendly office staff and maintenance reps who work here. I wish these people all the best. HOWEVER, as you escalate into upper management, you'll find cruelty, coldness and a downright disregard for rules, contracts and basic human decency. This is in response to Mr. **** ******'s letter on 12/22/2016. -We completed an accurate Rental Verification Form for Mr. ****** and the new landlord made a choice to not rent to him...we don't know why. We even spoke to the new landlord on Mr. ******'s behalf. -Since Mr.****** had given notice, we rented his unit. -Mr.****** requested to be moved to another unit for the price of the unit that the other landlord would not rent to him.
