EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE! They installed my gate only 4 months ago and it already will not close or open. The first tech who came out said they NEVER INSTALLED SCREWS ON THE BOTTOM HINGES OF MY 2 TON GATE DOOR. He said there weren't even holes for screws. He didn't have the equipment to finish. THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE SO POORLY HE HAD TO CALL ON ANOTHER TECH TO HELP HIM. But even this guy didn't do it right. I'm not sure what he did but when HE WAS DONE, the gate closed but EVERY TIME IT CLOSED IT WOULD PUSH AGAIN... read more
Westcoast Gate Rocks MY GARAGE DOOR is working again. After going through 2 other companies, these guys finally did it. FIXED. Professional customer service and installation staff, they know what they are doing.

Good Job Westcoast Gate I had no choice but to call for their service because my son accidentally bumped the car on our gate in our house in LA. The gate was broken and I need it to be repaired immediately. Westcoast Gate came after four minutes and they looked around the damaged gate.
