My cousin Rhonda Averill rest in peace lived at West Chester for years she was very happy. The only thing was they never got her a full size refrigerator an asked for years. She felt safe an management is very nice.
This post is on behalf of my mother Eddie mae brown...she lives in Westchester village south....she is disabled and she feels like she is being discriminated against ,. She's been lied to by management, saying they were gonna give her a better apartment, where she lives now is too small, no room. She's outgrowing it, also parking issues she has to walk a long ways because when her ride comes they can't park in front of her door , because management doesn't respect the fact that she has a disability, so they make her walk....... read more
