Our experience here was genuinely not the best, but it was mostly due to the geography of where our townhome was located in the complex than the leasing office themselves. It was also due to the architecture of the townhome itself. Our townhome was located in an area where it flooded the whole sidewalk and front porch area every-time it rained. We notified the leasing office and they told us it would take some time to fix because they would need to hire contractors who can do the project due to the elevation of the land, but... read more
UPDATE: I am updating this to 3 stars. I'll admit I posted my previous review in a sleep deprived, pain filled state. I am adding 2 stars. One for office staff, one for maintenance. Both are very helpful and try their hardest. (Love Dave, Krystal, and Alexander). They manage noise complaints appropriately, but unfortunately the Townhouses just have thin walls. I lived in a sardine box in Seattle and heard my neighbors less. My neighbor's are not even loud. Just normal living breaks through unfortunately. ZERO SOUND PROOFING.... read more
