We owned a garage/apartment that unfortunately burned down We decided to replace it with a modular and chose Westchester Modular for a number of reasons. The whole process was seamless from drawing up the plans on what we wanted all through to the end of completion. Our project was to create a house on the same footprint from a 2 car garage with an apartment on top. We were very pleased on how easily it was to communicate with Joe. And Patty was so helpful with inside fixtures. We have gotten so many compliments on our new home.
