I called Westchester Modular Homes Construction completely clueless about where to even begin with modular homes. Buyer beware!!! I bought a Westchester Modular Home in 2022. It has been a nightmare and money pit. The house was delivered with defects and damage throughout. The issues have accumulated to nearly 100 defective items/issues to-date, most of which are attributed to Westchester's construction of the home, and the issues are now so bad that my children and I are currently not living in the house.
