The whole process was seamless from drawing up the plans on what we wanted all through to the end of completion. Our project was to create a house on the same footprint from a 2 car garage with an apartment on top. We were very pleased on how easily it was to communicate with Joe. And Patty was so helpful with inside fixtures. We have gotten so many compliments on our new home.

Buyer beware!!! I bought a Westchester Modular Home in 2022. It has been a nightmare and money pit. The house was delivered with defects and damage throughout. The issues have accumulated to nearly 100 defective items/issues to-date, most of which are attributed to Westchester's construction of the home, and the issues are now so bad that my children and I are currently not living in the house.
