Hello I want to say the doctors are awesome and rn nurse but the front desk at summit at rye Theordore Fremd is the worst I went on 08/02/2025 urgent care at 10:30 I had a scheduled appointment for 2:30 but was able to be seen as a walk in the visit seeing the doctor was great but the help on the front desk was incredibly unprofessional she made the appointment for an x-ray as an MRI which was incorrect and then when it was made again for the x-ray she and put it incorrectly. This place is the worst . I had an appointment for an MRI and the address they gave me on my confirmation was 210 Westchester ave white plains. So that’s exactly where I went , except it wasn’t the right place. Turns out they can’t seem to change what’s in the automated message vs google maps. The correct place is 210 Westchester ave west Harrison. TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PLACES. I've been coming here since I was a baby. I love the doctors! This review is specifically for the Lab/Urgent Care area: The staff has always been hit or miss for check in. I went in for a scheduled lab appointment to ensure I would be back at work on time and they decided to sanitize 10 minutes before my appointment causing an additional 30 minute delay. HORRIBLE Customer service. On hold for 90 minutes plus without assistance. I gave up and hung up. Is only one person taking calls? What’s the problem? It’s easier to drive to the facility to get your questions answered than calling. This makes NO sense. A new management team is required. The new portal is a joke. Supposed to be better???? By whose standards it’s horrible. Stop apologizing “for the delay” and answer the phone! Billing is a nightmare. This place is ran like an HMO, money grabber; poor service
The location is supposed to be open until 8pm, I arrived at 7:45 pm to drop off a sample for testing but apparently all the techs went home because they finish their work early which should have nothing to do with the fact that the location is supposed to be receiving samples until 8pm and the admins are not allowed to handle anything other than to tell you come back tomorrow on a holiday weekend. Terrible patient/customer service!!! Thank you for nothing!!!
