Horrible customer service. It's impossible to reach anyone in the office and they hang the phone up if you call. Your best bet is to go to the office yourself if you want to contact the doctor and even then they will give you push back. I recommend going somewhere else.
This place is in White Plains not West Harrison. I would not recommend this place due to lack of doctors, calling your doctor directly, doctors aren't knowledgeable, file mistakes and takes forever to fix and several complaints made. Rude staff making you feel as though you must see the doctor they recommend. Doctors not replying to the portal so why do they offer it to begin with. I say no thanks to Westmed I can go else where for better care.
I don't know what is going on ... maybe too much technology is making the new hiring REALLY STUPID and INCOMPETENT ... no matter which doctor you decide to visit, their receptionists, or nurses, or whatever they want to call themselves , are totally USELESS, they can't do anything right .... I assume these people have these jobs because they want to be the next doctors ... goodbye Humanity .....

Received an extra bill for my primary care visit. Apparently discussing bloodwork and a new condition (seen via the bloodwork) is not included in an “annual physical visit” and was coded as an additional office visit. Claims department was not helpful and stated the visit was more than just “preventative care.” What is the point of an annual exam?
