I want to express my complete dissatisfaction with the lack of transparency in the billing department at Keralty Hospital Miami. I had a scheduled procedure done in September. As a responsible patient, I paid my corresponding copays (20%) upfront, and the rest was supposed to be covered by my insurance, which paid thousands of dollars.
