In December of 2013 we made a major investment to our home. Due to a respiratory problem we had to discontinue the use of our wood burning insert. After speaking to Victor about our different options we decided on getting a gas fireplace insert. He explained the ease of use and the effciency of this type of fireplace. It has been a asset to our family room and everything he advised us was right on . I got an wood insert from this company a year ago, they did a great job! They also gave me good advices and instructions about how to use the insert the right way. They came back to clean it, can't complain about them.
Recently bought a Lennox Gas Insert from Westchester Fireplace and I'm extremely happy with the insert and the service I recieved from the first day that Victor came to my house for the consultation to the day of installation . These guys are very knowledgable and know their stuff . The two men that installed it Edagr and Ricardo were as professional as can be and just a wonderful experience . I highly recommend this Company for your Fireplace or BBQ needs
