Just wanted to thank Rich and everyone else at Westchester Fireplace for their superb service! Had an issue with a diagnosis regarding my gas fireplace which was immediately resolved by Rich and his staff. I've been doing business w/ them for well over 10 years now, and highly recommend them for your fireplace needs!
The worst service, totally overpriced, does not stand behind there work!! I was floored by the "not my problem" attitude. Don't waste your time or money!! Simply put, a total rip off!!!

This company is the worst. I bought an insert, it was delivered without the trim I purchased because it was on back order. I didn't really have an option, it was installed and I was told they would come back out when the trim arrived. They never did, they never followed up. I called back the following season, asking what happened and the representative said, "yea it's here," as if I was an idiot! My new fireplace was installed this morning and it's gorgeous! I loved working with the guys at Westchester Fireplace.
Westchester fireplace performs quality work, even with the toughest jobs, reliable and accommodating for many areas of the jobs they completed for me.
Very satisfied with the customer service. I was looking for a discontinued part for my fireplace. They found me the part quickly and now we are ready for the winter.
